Next time you visit Japan, make sure to visit Maisen (http://mai-sen.com/) It's a Katsu restaurant famous for their "Juicy and soft pork cutlet you can cut into pieces even with chopsticks" and they have Katsu sandwiches on their menu! @Howard

I need to eat one of these. I had these about 5 times when I was in Japan in Feb, the first one was on the train where the lady sells them in her cart.
